Russia asks for Iran's Nuclear Power Plant payment before due time

Looks like they want the money while Iran has a means to pay, and before the site get blown up.

Do our Russian friends know something we don't?

The Iranian regime should thank the Russians - if anything - for buying them the time to reconsider the whole project. It's pretty clear that TPTB, whether you agree or not - are NOT going to allow the Mullah regime to become a nuclear power. They have enough to worry about with Pakistan..

I think the reason is simple. They want some money BEFORE the Israeli's blow up the site.

I don't think the Iranians would pay if the site is in ruins.

Unless on the other hand it is some sort of concession to the West in not fueling the plant?

I think the reason is to prevent contamination by Radio active fallout from bombing.
