I do see what you are saying. One many stumblingblock for many is the food we eat and the water we drink. It blocks our inner self. We are already covered with flesh but then double blocked by chemicals and additives. Alcohol and drugs aren't helpful. I myself meditate, avoid heavy meals and enjoy yoga, exercise. There are a lot of youtube videos on uncovering your higher self. Dig in.
