Alcohol is major factor in people behaving worse than they normally do and exercising poor judgment. The black guy got involved in bar fight and from what I heard was killed when he fell in weird position and snapped his neck. In court of law this would be classified as manslaughter or 2nd degree murder because it wasn't planned. This wouldn't be the first time someone dies in a bar fight and it won't be the last either unfortunately. Stay away from seedy bars and characters when on vacation and keep your drinking to the minimum in order to keep your wits about you.
