Book "Going Home" by A. American... great read ... what happens when it's lights out from EMP or Carrington event ...

Just finished it ... work of fiction obviously but paints the picture of IF quite well...

Another book along the same lines that's great as well is "one Second After"

Makes you ponder all sorts of things like are you ready or as prepared as you need to be for emergencies? What kind of things should you have stocked up? Etc

No one knows the future but as a Boy Scout, Eagle Scout, Marine, business owner, and father/Husband ... my life revolves around be prepared for as many unforeseen events as possible ... I highly recommend the reads ...

Both can be read in a lazy weekend
