Borax & Boron dose you recommend per day? Thx in advance.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72362284 one tablespoon of borax in 1 liter of destilled water. drink 1 to 3 spoons 3 times a day. this is how I do it. start with teaspoons and increase dosage after a few days, and work your way up to tablespoons. If you start feeling like you have adhd decrease dosage. where do you find it? Borax is unavailable in europe?
