You just join a bunch of coin exchange/market sites, there are bunches of them. The majority trades from BTC - - so you just put BTC in there after registering and you can start trading.

One really nice looking cointrading site I can recommend is Bitfinex.com - I can also recommend Bittrex and Cryptopia.co.nz .........

There are several other such sites out there as well.

A little protip:
It's also possible to use Coinmarketcap.com to find the markets that whatever coin trades on. It has it's own tab, under every coin, for "markets."

And one last thing, I shouldn't forget to mention that currently one of the largest trading sites is Poloniex, in terms of volume and number of trades.

I think the August 1st date is freaking people out. Once we get past it I think all cryptos will skyrocket! Ethereum goes down before ICO's anyways, ICO's need to buy ETH and consume the ETH coins prior to an ICO( initial crypto offering). this may be the last good buying opportunity before August 1st in my opinion. Not giving investment asvice, just offering my opinion.
