If these are legit then they are stupid alien's and we shouldn't waste our time with. Any smart class a traveling aliens would have long perfected cloaking spacecraft. We are earth have even made strides in cloaking devices. If you can see the ship with your eyes it's a simple average intelligence alien civilization that is probably not much more advanced than us. In fact I would call these fake or government fakes, it's an almost sure thing if alien's can travel these distances the would have a simple cloaking device that is not complicated science compared to traveling through space.
