Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74885538 This is as bad a Niburu and Flat Earth Tards. Yes nothing going on. Just a collapsing magnetosphere A heating earths core, and accelerating molten jet stream Moving magnetic poles Changing jet streams crossing the equator Changing oceanic conveyor Pacific heating up Record volcanic activity Record earthquakes in the last decade Yeah nothing happening Mehtards are worse than other kinds of tards. They could stand in the middle of a forest fire and insist it's not hot. |

Not sure if it will just result in local changes, as happened in the recent past, or a sign of something bigger in the works. Much more likely to be a local event. [link to www.isthisthingon.org] Maple Creek and Madison River on the west are particularly interesting. None of us has a history with such a large caldera to the point of eruption, watching and analyzing such graphs, and how it will play out before an eruption. Large or small movement, it is unlikely to read exactly the same twice. Nobody can honestly say it must develop a long repetition of evenly-spaced tremors because this is a giant, which even extends under Idaho now. It may be just going through another growing spurt, towards Oregon and into New Mexico. Those perfectly even harmonic tremors are recorded in some eruptions and not in others (which surprise when they blow), and none in recent history are of a similar size or makeup. The analogy just doesn't fit. Still, being now really, really close to Yellowstone (not several hundred miles away like when we moved to this property), it is a fun watch. Thanks for this link and passing it along to anyone who missed it earlier in the thread. It's a part of our culture. Same thing 2000 years back, and 1000 years back and several times in between. Not sure why. Looked up and saw a full moon hovering over it and then later, a second eruption fairly close to the initial one went off. Making me feel uneasy with all this Yellowstone talk. The bad news is nothing lasts forever. The good news is nothing lasts forever. |
