But does he do due diligence on a person's background history to see if there are problems that might come back to bite him like the Sessions pick? Second time I've seen mention of Scaramucci's stance on guns. Good thing he is not in a position to affect actual policy in any way. He controls the message of said policies. Applies to CC as well. There could also be investigations into Scaramucci's dealings with Russia. I'm sure the MSM is pleased with Trump's new pick. It'll sell lots of copy. "Washington (CNN)Attorney General Jeff Sessions met with the Russian Ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak to discuss Trump campaign matters during the 2016 presidential election, according to US intelligence intercepts, The Washington Post reports. According to the Post, Kislyak told his superiors in Moscow about two conversations he had with Sessions, which included a discussion on policy issues important to the Kremlin. Sessions was a foreign policy adviser to President Donald Trump and major campaign supporter at the time."
