are they climate scientists? why aren't their occupations listed when they speak? I live in Melbourne, it hit 37.5 c (99.5F) today and we are supposedly into the 3rd week of autumn. Melbourne used to be known as a city with constant weather change, "4 seasons in one day" kind of stuff, now the weather is fine all the time and it never rains. 10 years ago our water reserves were full, now they are at 33% and the biggest resevoir is at 20%, there will be an inevitable drop to 25% capacity in June before any chance of a top up - see [link to www.melbournewater.com.au]
we are stuffed and way behind on any form of desalination or water recycling. Stage 4 water restrictions will come in to place on the 1st of May which means no outside watering with potable water. Brisbane is on stage 5 which means restrictions on inside water use. Don't tell me global warming is a swindle.
