BART being sued for $3 MIL for not releasing Gang Rampage Video

The lawsuit seeks to have that video released so we can finally see what ACTUALLY happened and how horrible it really was...many feared for their lives, many serious injury's

Doesn't look good for the plaintiffs. After all, this is Kalifornia we're talking about.

But i hope the plaintiffs win. Political correctness has got to die. BART should be sued by the Feds too for:
>Obstruction of justice
>Denial of discovery, and
>Withholding of evidence.

Agreed...its not a matter of political correctness anymore, its Life and Death.
People need to know these areas are extremely dangerous and should be able to route around accordingly.
Especially when the problem is chronic and not a "one off' and it involves repeat offenders that should be in jail anyway and are not.....

It's a really old law, but i think train robbery is still a federal offense.
Maybe under Trumps administration, the federal justice department would be receptive to this.

This proves liberalism in theory is a mental disease. Liberals who are likely black, and work at BART, are trying to protect other blacks from being negatively stereotyped further in the media.

It's not BARTs job to play PC police and protect ganger blacks from getting criticism from people and the media they rightly deserve.

You do not solve crime and cure criminal behaviour by ignoring the disease, even if the root cause of the mental illness is racist blacks, or "religiously persecuted" Muslims.
