Has it saved lives ? I don't know. I hope so.

Has it alerted anyone in areas prone to quakes in time to get their emergency packs updated ? Yes.

Has it a point ? Yes. In my area of it, I have found that migraines, ear ringing, and other symptoms precede quakes. Other symptoms precede volcanos.
It may lead to better understanding of migraines, and better medications in the future.
There is much more to it, but that's for starters.

Those who have these symptoms can learn to use this as an early indicator of activity, where, and how large.

As to predictions, it enables me to sometimes be ahead of and more accurate than those trained in geophysical sciences.

It has led, also , to better treatment of many children with ear pain.
