I really want to reply to the OP with out swearing so here we go.

Every year a budget for the United States is passed by the congress for the following year. Like adults they set aside money for entitlements, military spending etc.

The congress passed the budget for 2017 prior to the President Becoming the President. Regardless if you voted for Hillary or Trump, neither candidate would of been able to accomplish any goals that cost money until this years budget was passed.

It's up to the President to work with congress to get funding for the things they campaigned on. If the congress is smart and wants to keep their jobs the next election they will insure the budget favors the presidents agenda.

What does this mean? It means the border wall can't legally be built until a budget is passed for fiscal year.

Please get an education. Please pretty please. Saying things like the Presidents wall has 0 completion after 215 days with out understanding how a budget work makes you look the fool not the president.

To clarify, those are three small mock-ups and they have been delayed until winter.

Mexico isn't paying for them.

It means Mexico will pay for it via increase in tariffs and taxes on imported goods from Mexico, there are also other ways to have Mexico pay for it.

We the people gave the CONGRESS the ability to dictate how that money is spent.

He the president isn't borrowing money from anyone, in fact the president has zero say in the budget of the country we have this thing called checks and balances.

The president is the VOICE of the people, the VOICE of the states are the congress, and the VOICE of the constitution and the law is the Supreme Court.

What does this mean? The PEOPLE of the ENTIRE country elect a PRESIDENT(PERSON) to represent their interests as a country. The People then elect Congressional representatives from each state (If you don't know this you might want to look up what a state is, hint: it's own country)

Ok Just to sum this up since I need to go eat.

The people elect a voice to go to the congress who represents all the states to ask for budgeting to fit in what we wanted to see in the following four years.

It's up to the states to determine if the budget passes, it's a really bad idea for the congress to go against the president as that would mean going against the peoples wishes.

Summed up even further, The president doesn't borrow the money, it's budgeted and you pay taxes whether you like it or not, even if it was "borrowed" money the president doesn't borrow money, the congress does.

Anymore stupid fucking questions will need to be directed towards your college liberal cock sucking professor.

So to get back on topic....

Actually this is great. They're admitting with these kinds of threads when construction starts they've lost. Their war was to keep it from ever being built at all. They've lost that war. The wall represents they're failure to stop Trump supporters from taking the country back and their lib plan failing.

A permanent reminder of that fateful election day and every thing they lost on that day, and they will never get another chance at getting again.
