Set up a wallet, read about how to do it and you can even get it on ebay for a little premium of a price but can buy at ,001 bitcoin for a cheap price, all the way to .1, .5, half a coin etc.

This is the only anonymous de-centralized secure peer to peer way to send money now. Can you suggest something else that even comes close to this level of power please?

Bought into bitcf on findelity last week. Already up 290% from .39 to 1.59. This baby's gonna run to 5 bucks then 10!

Who said to cash out? HODL is the name of the game. Other way around is more probable, fiat crashes and people will panic buy cryptos.

More details please, looking to do the same. I've got .3 of a Bitcoin with the ability to buy more here and there.

Where do I go from here? Is Bittrex my next stop? How does a person day and night trade?

I believe it's 1 satoshi or 1 millionth of a bitcoin at today's price. $.004 USD at present.

I'll be surprised if Bitcoin stays above 4k USD this month (I expect pullback to $3k-ish USD), but I do expect it to be 5k USD by end of year, 10k sometime next year, and 25k USD by end of next year, based on speculation and such. This being said, I expect 20-25% pullbacks at stages along this way, which can be difficult if you are tracking by the minute, hour, day, week.

When the real frenzy comes, Bitcoin will rise $100-250 per hour until it becomes very difficult to sell (or buy) for the average person. People will be unwilling to part with their coin for other people to get in, and it becomes a moon shot, where the coin can double each day or every few days - parabolic rise. I mean, would you buy bitcoin at $4k and sell to someone else at $4500, if you believe it's going to $10k in a short time? Probably not. The higher it gets, the less people are likely to sell unless they get a LOT of profit, and that's hard to do with the price approaching high valuations. So the price rises fast, and then people REALLY want to sell... But can they? Wild rising and then rapid falling can occur.

As we've seen in the past, the exchanges have a hard time keeping up with demand - many may lock up, shut down, or become really slow, meaning it's hard for people to do buys/sells. The bots take over, and if you have stop losses or buys, good luck on them being filled - there may be wide swings.

The key, I think, is to purchase the amount you can feel comfortable with losing, and when the market gets crazy, be able to sell a portion as it rises before it gets to the unsustainable heights where it crashes and burns to lower levels. This may still mean a profit, but probably not what people hope for.

A coin that hits $100,000 USD, for example, would be awesome, but if no one is willing to buy it from you at those prices, it is paper profits only. You may have to settle for $50k or $75k per coin to get out, possibly lower, and possibly fractions of a coin at that price. It all depends on other willing to buy it from you.

People who were lucky enough to buy when it was lower (2011-2015) are making out very very very very well. People who are buying now expect it to rise to 25k or higher 5X-25X in 2-3 years. Possibly higher. Great returns no matter how you cut it, but unless you have 40-50k invested at this time, it's not going to make you a millionaire (the basic standard of what people want from these types of investments).

So buying a bitcoin now could be lucrative - but you have to wait a couple of years to find out if it will, indeed, hit levels to make that 4k turn into 500k. Who knows - it's possible. But can you actually sell it and get a buyer? If hedge funds, IRA's, etc. get involved, then yes. But it may be very difficult to sell your bitcoin(s) easily for high amounts - you may be able to sell fractions of a bitcoin, along with the transaction fees for each slice. I just don't know how feasible it will be.

Let's assume the most awesome result is that a bitcoin goes to 1m USD. Who is going to buy it if/when you try to sell it? You will be entering a place where there are very few buyers for full bitcoins Exchanges are going to be swamped with hundreds if not thousands of orders to convert each bitcoin into the orders necessary to fill each sale. If we have a person with 10 bitcoins (valued at $1m each) who wants to pull 10m USD out of the market and put it into tether, for example, that could mean 2000 orders at $5k USD each to make it happen. Will there be buyers for that? Uncharted territory...
