No NEW inventions or ideas for decades??

OP you know it all exists and you know why we don't have it for public consumption yet...

Tesla felt those same pressures from the richest people on the planet at that time. Morgan, Westinghouse, Edison, etc. And yet he still managed to get many of his inventions released to the public.

So tell us of one? One that is actually useful and can be produced.

Tell me a major new invention since say 1980. That's almost 4 decades ago.

And by the way, the computer mouse and graphical interface were invented and used in the 1960's, and so were computer networks.

Cell phones, and LCD displays, and digital photography were invented and used in the 1970's.

Like 6 years ago I had an idea to sell frozen chocolate covered banana bites in grocery stores, and I told my idea to one of those companies that can get your idea up and rolling, for a fee of course. I declined.

And whaddayaknow within the year I'm seeing Dole come out with frozen Chocolate covered banana bites!

I bet anything this company sold my idea to them...

One of my relatives, in the 1950's recorded himself singing and playing guitar on a country-style song which he had written. He sent the wax record to one of those "talent search" agencies, and never heard from them.

One day he was listening to the radio and guess what? Someone else singing his hit song.

Search on google "supressed inventions" and we will talk later son...

Ok dad. However, if they are known, they are not really "suppressed."

Technology has been suppressed for 150 years, maybe longer. Germany's flying saucer "Vril" project dates back to before WW1.

Then there is the high tech. of the ancients. They simply don't want you to share in their wealth. They simply want you to produce, consume and die.

The movie "They Live", was actually a documentary.

I've invented two different products in the last week.

I'm not blowing smoke. Each one could be huge. One is like a Star Trek healing device with no electric power needed. How big a marketplace would a product like that have?

The other can remove stains even ironed in stains on clothing while not getting used up while it cleans. Again, no outside power is used. No more hunting down hidden stains before washing or repeatedly lugging heavy bottles home.

Plus you'll be able to rescue clothes that got ironed in or washed in hot water that can "set" certain types of stains.

The US laundry soap and detergent market is $5 billion annually, not including spot removers, etc.

Human lifespans have not increased much. The human brain wears out in less than 80 years. That is not long enough to advance much further than we are now. A mind as brilliant as Teslas cannot be replaced by just passing on knowledge, it requires the man himself.

Plus, anti gravity is the next step required to end old technology like rocket engines, jet engines, car engines, etc, and yet gravity itself is still unexplained, let alone anti gravity.

Op is right. The Patent office is massively backlogged because there is so much new stuff coming in that needs to be subverted and/or stolen outright.

Maybe 15 years ago I built a wired cellphone headset into a 1940s Western Electric phone handset, and used it in public.

It was all classified and locked down in the ww2 era. Related to nazi tech, manhatten project, etc. Anything they allow out is controlled transfer from agencies to universities and then industry. If you happen upon some of this forbidden tech on your own, they will confiscate and classify it, or you will disappear. Look into the history of this aspect, there are tons of examples.
