Historical, Roman studies proves there are only two courses action from Oligarchy.

1. The military forcibly removes the ruling class and their families securing the well-being of the citizenry until dully elected officials by the citizenry are placed in governance of the Republic.

2. As many times in Roman history, the plebs and citizenry remove the ruling class and family members, place the military in control until new governance of the Republic is installed by the citizenry.

Historically, the military is divided and that must be resolved first and there is the risk. That outcome weighs whether the people regain their country or all is lost.

Think of political groups and ideologies as cults. Some cults slip through the unprotected barriers of legislation. Communism ain't one of them.
