If you think even more the total shutdown of the ship makes sense. Why were people still in the birthing area when a ship was going to hit the destroyer ? Because the could not make an open call on the com system ?
Another question for the former navy guys here.
Are the cam systems on a ship electronic ?

I can assure you I am nothing you mentioned or accused me of (BLM, antifa or any other) I am a true blue patriotic American born thinker. I see it, read it and then I assess and comment. I've done more than you have by assuming. right ? I am commenting on the evidence at hand, you on the otherhand are assuming reading some posts on a website.  right?
