Somehow the American people are going to have to deprogram themselves, to cease to be Manchurian Candidates living in a perpetual state of narcissistic ignorance, to wake up and smell the coffee, or rather, the bullshit, and realise, rather than being great or exceptional they are virtual inmates inside a mental prison constructed for them by their own media and government on behalf of an elite that could not give two hoots about America or it’s people.
