What happens is that sometimes when people dream, or have out of body experiences, they sometimes leave earth, and go by the moon. This is where they get caught and sent back to earth, by the moon. A select few can however pass by the moon, those that are spiritual above in rank and power than those on the moon. What else happens is that they do this for reasons of food. Spiritual/Soul energy is food to them. Basically the bad people living on earth, are turned into spiritual food for them. Everyone bad, they get claim to. To do with as they want. Some kind of legal entitlement they have. An agreement of some sort, hard to explain. And the good people are allowed to pass by it unscathed. To return to where ever they originally came from. Whatever star region that is. This was explained to me by one of the alien/reptialian representatives I ran into while coming back to earth from astral traveling. On my way back to earth, I had passed by the moon. Its then that they caught me in an electronic type of web/net. I got pissed and broke free, then attacked them in the same manner they attacked by. Shorting out their electronics by jamming it with a power overload, that back fed into their system. Temporarily disabled it. Then I demanded an answer or I threatened to strike them again. What happens is that sometimes when people dream, or have out of body experiences, they sometimes leave earth, and go by the moon. This is where they get caught and sent back to earth, by the moon. Apparently no one is allowed to go past the moon. Some kind of security, or other purposeful quarantine is in effect around earth. A select few can however pass by the moon, those that are spiritual above in rank and power than those on the moon. What else happens is that they do this for reasons of food. Spiritual/Soul energy is food to them. Basically the bad people living on earth, are turned into spiritual food for them. Everyone bad, they get claim to. To do with as they want. Some kind of legal entitlement they have. An agreement of some sort, hard to explain. And the good people are allowed to pass by it unscathed. To return to where ever they originally came from. Whatever star region that is. This was explained to me by one of the alien/reptialian representatives I ran into while coming back to earth from astral traveling. On my way back to earth, I had passed by the moon. Its then that they caught me in an electronic type of web/net. I got pissed and broke free, then attacked them in the same manner they attacked by. Shorting out their electronics by jamming it with a power overload, that back fed into their system. Temporarily disabled it. Then I demanded an answer or I threatened to strike them again. Thats when one of them came forward and explained that they had caught me by accident in their web/net and I was free to come and go as I pleased. We are sorry, we didnt know it was you. You can come and go as you please, ok. Thats what they said to me. I left it at that, and have had no more encounters with them since that one incident. All I can say, is be good. It is to keep the current earth ruler and those that follow him, confined to this realm. When a person dies, they are sorted out like fish from a net. Those with much badness are like big fish, that get caught in the net and have to return to this hell hole, but those who are "small fish" doing small badness, they can go on through. Only those who have raised vibrations can go through the confines of the net, either upon death, or astral travel. Those that seldom dream at all, need to raise their vibrational frequency so that they can experience what it is like on the other side of the "net".
