Um, I don't know how to explain to people that we don't exactly see welfare blacks, Latino gang members, an illegal Filipeno labor as "Texans". Houston had issues before the flooding. An increasing "refugee Muslim" problem was just one.

Maybe the run off will extend far enough south some of those 'Texans' can paddle back to wherever they came from.
