On the subject of snow...

We had snow in Upper Mustang last night/yest which despite being in the Himalayas is unknown at this time of year.
Normally it only sees a couple of falls a season, mostly due to winter being clear and very dry so is always cold but rarely see's snow! I have visited twice, once in December and once in January. December dry and no snow and only some snow left in Jan but it is now Summer here and so snow now is an oddity for sure.
Not that it is impossible but Locals, most who are elderly live there all their lives have never known snow after March and never any known instance of snow in April or May!
