That's just horrific!

How about they stop with the rescues of some of these able bodied people being carried on some rescuers back and help those who are not capable of helping themselves?

I suppose I can understand the concern of boats in such dangerous waters but if there are some willing to accept the risk I can not understand why they would not be allowed to at least attempt a rescue. Time is running out for those truly in need.
