Anyone Can Be Trained to Hallucinate, and Thatís Teaching Scientists About Perception
Hallucinations are often distressingóa suggestion that something is amiss in our brains. But new research suggests weíre all susceptible to hallucinations, and that may not be such a bad thing.

In a paper released last week in Science, a team from Yale University set out to understand how we interpret the world around usóin short, how we determine whatís real and whatís not. They suspected that people who regularly hallucinate perceive the world based on what they expect to happen, while others, who donít hallucinate, would rely more what their senses are telling them is happening in the world.

To determine that, authors Phil Corlett and Al Powers began by conditioning participants to hear a tone when they were shown a checkerboard pattern. Then they slowly removed the actual sound and asked people when they heard it. Participants who regularly heard voices were five times more likely to say they heard a tone when there wasnít one, and they were 25-30% more confident in their choice. But they werenít alone in hearing things. In fact, all of the participants experienced some induced hallucinations during the experiment.

ďI did not expect that people who did not have a psychotic illness would perform so similarly to people who did hear voices,Ē Powers says. ďThey were very, very alike.Ē

ďReally healthy people that donít hallucinate in their everyday livesógraduate students, and postdocs, and highly accomplished peopleówere very, very susceptible to this effect, even the ones who didnít hear voices. They were more susceptible to it than I expected,Ē Corlett says. The study contributes to the idea that schizophrenia, much like autism, may exist as a spectrum, the authors say.
Hearing Things

Powers personally experienced the phenomenon when testing the software for the experiment. He was surprised to find that, despite his deep knowledge of the process and mechanisms, the effect still worked on him. ďAt the beginning, it was quite exciting,Ē he says, though he admitted that ďitís concerning, to be honest.Ē

Uh-oh. Now you've done it. The illuminatitards are going to pounce on that...

It's not really that surprising a result. Everyone who's kept their phone in a vibration mode a lot knows how you start getting phantom vibrations (tactile hallucinations). The feeling of your phone in your pocket triggers them from time to time.

Those aren't tactile hallucinations.

Those are directed-energy attacks. Remember 911? Yep, same tech. The perpetrators are reptilians. Chemtrails tie in with all of this.

It's pretty obvious, if you aren't a sheep.

Medical do not call it hallucination unless it due to addiction of drugs then withdrawal, alcohol addiction and withdrawal or high fever.

The thing mention is a psychosis induced by their study using the checker board and tone. Induced psychosis can be from medication, seeing things and they say it mental even it it is not, drug where your body is fighting it, and you have crazy things happening, if the drugs they give you ever helped have a psychosis induced but these things, you would never want to use them. I can say all of them for me, the use most of seizure meds for mental illness and other things like weight loss.

The thing they were talking about is a psychosis, a mental deviation of the mind cause by things as this. Hypnotist uses the same general thing.

If you stare persistently at a checkerboard patern you will cause self to enter a trance state.
Trance can easily bypass your logic constrained conscious mind, and depending on the literal interpretation of your thought or spoken words by your literal bio computer brain, have it produce a successful positive or negative result.
Visual and Audio Hallucinations are just one example of this.
Schizophrenia an unwanted self implanted internal audio program is another.

Re: Anyone Can Be Trained to Hallucinate, and Thatís Teaching Scientists About Perception
The brain and nervous system are a 'radio' receiver. By his actions, good or evil, man subconsciously tunes into the various radio stations. If he fails at guarding his thoughts, he could yield 'ground' to those radio voices, thereby accepting them as his own internal voice. Once that occurs, the man will obey those external voices because to not do what he is telling himself to do, is crazy. People are spiritual entities. Our very DNA emits light of itself, meaning the very building blocks of what we are, is light. What we 'see' is an interpretation of the brain and generally, anything that is seen that does not conform to what we have been taught is normal, is edited out automatically. We see things that are not normal all of the time, out of the corners of the eyes, etc. We tend not to discuss them for fear of ridicule and make generous use of words like 'coincidence', 'luck', 'chance', you get the idea. But now the revealing has commenced. One thing upon another will shake what we believe or think possible, until the veil is ripped from top to bottom and what has been hidden behind it comes to light. Then there will be no denying it and it will become as plain as the noses on our faces, that much of what we thought we saw was really there all along. We simply chose to ignore the obvious because to acknowledge it requires a change in focus and behavior on our part and we love doing things our way, even if it kills us.
