Here is a video of Houston flooding from March 2016.
More than a year ago.
Check it out.

Yet, today, you watch flyover videos and I don't see the evidence of that much rain. That's all I'm saying. Maybe they are not showing flyovers of those areas. Wherever they are supposed to be.
