How would the world be in this day and age, if there were never any laws or government?
Listen im not for governments that are corrupt, im not one for laws against the people that benefit the powers.
But looking at todays societies and todays view on the world with how bad things are with governments installed and with police/laws in place,
Would the world be a better place if laws were never in place? Or would it be a none existant world as we would of killed each other off by now?

My therory that i believe is if no law was there in place then a law could never be broken, meaning no harm was to come as no wrong could be committed even though i know in therory this could also be a very bad thing, but thats my point, how would we know what a ad thing was if it never existed in the first place?

Maybe im just fucking confusing myself here never mind you lot, but reply if u see my point im failing to make

The humanity would have gone extinguised long time ago. Gvnmt. are corrupt, yes, as much as people within and without are corrupt too.

Population would likely only be 1/8 of what it is today

Humans are very violet by nature.

I'd think you would spend most of your time fending off attacks.

yes i see your point clearly, but would we have this nature in us if it never had been in existance, if no law was in place and everything was as equal worldwide, no money, no materialistic mind control devices.
would that still be the way?

Unofficial laws naturally arise and are established, which is evident and observable in lawless microcosms.

You steal from someone and get caught, there's a good chance you'll be punished in one way or another, regardless if there's any official laws against it.

my question now then is...

If life had everything rosey on a plate for each and every individual in this world, where nobody had a single thing better than any other, no money was invented, no material mattered, and everyone chipped in to farm for foods.
why would you need to steal?

Or do we have a self creation of the human mind which is designed to make a person want more than the other?

wow i started something here which is kind of annoying myself with.

no laws we have to defend our own.

with laws you have to defend your own from the powers and the selfish people.

life = a constant battle.

Once born into the wild world, your basically a soilder already without the uniform.
defend battle fight - the true meaning of life

Why hypothesize and ask questions based on an unrealistic scenario?

The reality, is that not all people have their needs met.

And those who have more, aren't likely going to share.

And not everyone chips in equally. Some are more lazy than others. Some work harder for less. Some work less, but still gain more.

And not everyone would be willing to work on a farm.

Amazon natives have their own laws among the tribes.

Saw a documentary, where a woman was accused of adultery.

They tied her up, and killed her with arrows.

If someone was to give you a million dollars for free, would you refuse it, and say,

"No I have more than enough".

What percentage of people, even if they're financially stable and secure, would refuse it?

yes i understand, if you replace the million dollars and use food or coal or a fuel of some source then i see someone could love the facts of having more than the others.
my views have had answers and to be honest im not shocked that no matter how many laws we do or do not have, there will always be humans that will carry out selfish acts to benefit themselves more than others, to have more than the others for just greed and control, because when you start a system within your self that helps wrongfully gain more than others without being noticed you will only continue to become even more greedy.
Then lies and small promises for favours produce an army of selfish means.
then that spirals out of control giving you a society like todays, the past, and tomorrows future.
Things will never change that is real reality.

Think Sadam's sons who threw people they disliked into industrial shredders just to hear the scream as they died.

Think Idi Amin who would torture people to death just because it was "fun".

Think Hitler, Stalin, Mao who ran death camps where millions died ... just because.

Think of the thugs, violence worshippers, and just mean big people out there who wouldn't be restrained by any laws or conscious.

It would be a time and land of "might makes right" and the 99.99% of the people who weren't the meanest strongest and baddest guy in the neighborhood would be slaughtered at the whim of that meanest strongest baddest guy in the neighborhood, often just for "fun".

Yep ... it would be a "wonderful world" ... if you were the biggest baddest meanest most ruthless male that existed in your little corner of the world.
