That is also true. Maybe a personal preference, but I've personally never owned a mono panel so I don't know from first hand experience how they run. Only researched the difference in the two so I just bought 2 polys

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for their positive support on this. That gave me the drive to try and do something with this, and as of yesterday, I received a patent license for this product from an attorney to produce these legally. I have more updated blueprints if anyone is really interested, but if anyone is looking for one, I will begin selling these for $1,500. Why that much? It costs me a couple bucks over $1,000 to create one. Very reliable and very convenient. Camping, power outages, survival prepping, natural disasters, out of town travel, outdoor sporting events or weddings, take on the boat with you and have free electricity.


Yes, gas generators are a bit cheaper, but what if something big happened to the world and gas wasn't readily available or you don't want to leave your house because of looting. Clean energy that never runs out!


Why did i start mine?

I had a 90gallon saltwater aquarium that I cared for deeply and one day in Michigan, power went out and took five days to turn back on. All of my fish died. I wanted to figure out an reliable, never ending source that could be used as a back up. Drew this up, created one and have been getting offers ever since.

$1,500 for a complete, maintenance free set up. You don't even have to know how to use a solar Panel System and you will be able to use this. As long as you know how to click an ON button and OFF button on the Inverter, and unplug the panel from the battery when fully charged light turns green.

mono and PV solar panels keep going down in price, you could have all parts of a complete solar system shipped for way less than $700

$80-130 - one 100 watt panel
$75 - 750 watt pure sine wave inverter with built in fan
$30 - solar charge controller 20/30 amps
$10 - wiring, ring terminals
$20 - fuses
$150 - 100 amp hour 12 volt battery

This is very true. But the diode count and overall panel spread is much lower than bigger named brands like Renogy. That is the only company I trust. Most others say 100w Panel but it's only pushing out 60w, I've honestly seen as low as 30w. As for the Inverter, to use this as a survival prep or camping tool, I would need larger than 750w to run a microwave or window A/C, or anything that could potentially be very needed in those situations. My Renogy Mono Panel is rated at 150w and on average I get 135w. Not undermining you at all, I appreciate you finding cheaper prices and I'm sure that set up would work fine, but as for it being my new patent, I need everything to run at optimal performance and I can't risk trying to save a couple hundred dollars and buy bum panels and push my clientele away.

My goal through creating my patent was to make sure the convenience is the most valuable part. There's some things I thought of adding or tweaking, but with the standard model for sale I have it so it can fit through doorways, fit inside RVs or trucks, and so on. Making it more adversible for people's uses and needs for buying it. I charge the battery and then when I'm done, just unplug the panel and wheel it inside and plug my tv into it

I have used small lithium batteries before, but never heard of them running a solar system! That's very interesting. I just feel, at least with the small ones, they run a abnormally high risk for catching fire.

Those definitely are the most expensive parts and there's such a variety of them it's hard to get numbers figured out and wattages and all of that. So I did it for you, all put together.

I will also repaint the cart after welding is completed with your choice of color or color scheme. I painted mine all black, but the first one I sold I painted green. Up to you!

Just had a stovetop grill hooked up to mine to cook lunch. No problems at all and still have 80% of my battery

Seems like pretty small power output.

Our biggest beef with our generator was inability to run A/C at night, too.

Too much wattage usage.

How big of generator would be needed to power small, room a/c in addition to table lamp and maybe tv and/or fridge?

If you're planning to sell your design idea, better copyright it first, or someone else will.
