X 9.3 Solar Flare and CME Earthbound Sept 8, 2017

These large X flares often precede major earthquakes by 24 to 48 hours. So I'd be paying close attention to Yellowstone/Idaho/Montana/Wyoming and also the New Madrid.

The big 8+ earthquake in Chile some years ago was famously preceded by a big solar storm.

As far as I understand, they both heat up the atmosphere which can change the temperature across the planet.

I always notice when there is a reasonable flare, the weather predictions always end up way off regardless of location and it always gets hotter sometimes as much as 7-10 degrees (F)

Not saying my knowledge is awesome though.
