Takes fucking forever. Is there no way to just cook it with the skin on?

Peeling and chopping vegetables also gets so boring when you do it everyday. So much easier to just order in a pizza.

use a wide knife on its side to crush garlic and you do not have to peel it.
It'll just fall out of the peels.
