Jeez... Hasn't anyone noticed yet that if all three hurricanes hit the U.S. literally anywhere as category 4 or 5s especially one after another Trump will literally have no choice but to declare overt Martial Law throughtout the U.S. just to maintain Government control over the U.S. as our Government would be stretched to it's absolute limits?
