1. every good hacker hijack Facebookaccounts, Personal Computers, Smartphones, Wireless-Lan Routers
2. If you dont log off your account in other devices it will be possible to gain access and post whatever you want.
3. It might be your pc but are you sure you are the only one using it? You are not your PC and your PC is not you. You cant proof who is sitting behind a PC.
