It's done by editing the simulation itself. 'They' can make whatever catastrophes they want. It's disastrous! It's like ghosts are running this world! P.s. The Quantum technology was acquired by the Allies and more precisely the country that led the Allies into war with Germany. It existed in the late 1940s and has been used ever since to run this world!
