I have overcome sexual temptation and desires and here are 6 reasons you should do it too.

1. Self empowerment. If you overcome the need for others to fulfill you then you dont need others. So you are then less dependent on others and more self sufficient. Its as simple as that.

2. Closer to God. Sexual temptation and lust are sins. If you overcome these you are closer to God. And in my experience i also received a spiritual experience with God, God came into a dream of mine and showed me how big of an achievement that is to overcome sexual temptation and desires. So if you ever wanted to have a big achievement that really means something this is it, if God is happy with you that is the biggest achievement there is. If anyone is interested in the stages of overcoming this i will tell you.

3. Lots of pussy within your reach. By overcoming this you naturally attract women. If women want you more then you want them then they will come to you. There are multiple reasons for this.
- If you dont need something of women then you naturally allow women to be more free, women are then not under any pressure to give you what you want and they like that.
- By overcoming this you value the heart/soul more then the flesh and women like it when you dont see them as a piece of meat.
- Women like strong men, and by overcoming this you show strength. Also, men want a women that will choose them for their heart and this is pure inner strength and discipline, so its a win win.

4. More beauty. This is to do with the frequency. Its the reason why demons look scary and ugly, and angels from Heaven look beautiful, it is because of who they are. And temptation is the first fall of man. Temptation and lust are forms of "Degeneration". By overcoming this you do not degenerate yourselves as much.

5. Better health. For the same reason as beauty, if you dont degenerate yourself your health is better. Because you do not commit this sin there is more light in your body. I even once had an experience where higher diminsional beings were observing me and they mentioned that there was so much light in my balls :)

6. Frequency to create a muscular body. This is something that is possible without overcoming the flesh but its easier to do this if you do. For this you do need to have a girlfriend/wife. To tap into this frequency you have to "conform" to the feminine in a sexual way. This means that if your girlfriend/wife wants to have sex with you you give it to her "because" she wants to, this is conforming. Just sexually, its not about mowing the lawn because she wants you to. My experience in my dreams is that if i conform to women sexually i get a super muscular body. Another way to conform to the feminine sexually is if the women is in danger and you help her out because she needs help, This also creates the same frequency. Its important that you do this "Because" the woman wants/needs it, do not look at yourself to see if you want it or not because then you do not conform. If i had a wife i would make the agreement with her that if we ever have sex she would have to come to me. This way she will also show her loyalty to you and if she really wants you.
