Do you know OP personally? Have you seen OP taking Lithium Carbonate? OP clearly stated that he/she has been Lithium Orotate. Now tell us again who the fucking idiot is.

I bought the lowest mg amount available now, it's 150mg's & very INEXPENSIVE, nearly dirt cheap. I break it into 4 parts, take one part in the a.m., One part in the midday, if i need it, and one part before bed. If I am up during the night or early a.m., I take the 4th part then or save it for the following day. It is a very low dose but you feel the effects nonetheless: there is no effect, really, just normality, like a well balanced mind in a well balanced day, that's all. I feel ore focused, for some reason. Everyone is different so if you intend on taking it, experiment with how much you need, talk to your doctor, If U have one and read up about it online. Low dosages is way safe.

An Orthomolecular Psychiatrist gave my manic depressive ex a cytotoxic blood test, she got red blood cell damage from about every major American food group like cow dairy, wheat, chocolate, tomatoes, etc.. A strict diet like millet bread & goat dairy etc. let her nurse for a year with no meds, as stable as I ever saw her, more reserved than on Lithium though before she wouldn't last a week without going loopy.

We split later, she went off the diet, doctors put her on a cocktail of newer mania drugs & she was dead by about 50 from asthma & heart problems, likely from the food allergies along with chemical sensitivities to synthetic meds.

Water fasts are sometimes used to test for brain/food allergies if symptoms go away, though the cytotoxic blood test worked a miracle.

I'm tempted to try Kratom for depression -- red strains are supposed to help
