If a Dem, uh oh. The people of Richmond better start calling the mayor and tell him/her they better tell the police to do their jobs instead of standing down. Also, they need to make everyone remove any masks. I believe Virginia has an anti-mask law. If so, they need to inform the mayor that the state will be held financially responsible if anyone gets hurt or attacked.
