So far, I've been told that I have at least three. My brother was one of those that apparently saw me somewhere else. Around Westminster I've had some of the country's highest placed gvt figures salute me in the street, spot me from across the street and almost bow, cross Whitehall (a very wide important road just next to Parliament) to speak with me... All very bizarre. I'm nobody. I can only assume that Specsavers would do a roaring trade if they opened up a shop inside Parliament.... |

My hypothesis FWIW is that there are only so many body designs that the simulation architects have ready compiled to slot into each scenario. If you've really observant you'll see that there are maybe 20 types of regular plebs and about half that in more exalted positions. (And I'm not talking about hairstyle or clothing choices - just plain body types and facial features.) This seems to hold true across the world - see twinstrangers who are people who share no DNA, come from very different parts of the world yet look extremely alike, so there aren't familial traits involved. |
