I have a dream last night about some evil plot to establish NWO

It's strange that all the shadow government members are Simpsons charater, they gather around in a war room like place , with all the things going on. the scene are pretty messy and has some comedy feature....

and i remeber they have a military patch is like a skull holding a spider web in the left hand, and the right hand also holding something but i can't remeber.

Does anybody have a clue about this patch ? I am wondering if it exist in real life ?
