HAARP: Radio waves 'make the sky glow': Artificial aurora to be created over western Arctic starting Thursday. (Today)

They work together with EISCAT Scandinavia.
They use these facilities for mind control as well, by lowering the force of electro magnetic waves for instance.

We living beings send out simular waves as well,
as that is what nature is all about.
All this reaches far more than "just the wheather" (and our wallets LOL ya know "climate change")

The way the HAARP radio waves work, will make a giant spiraling disk appear in the sky. Must be pretty neat, but dangerous too. Huge amounts of Ozone are destroyed.

Does this mean we can expect to see them blaming holes in the Ozone on hair spray usage again?

Over four nights starting Thursday, an Alaska scientist will try to create his own artificial aurora that could be visible as far away as Yukon.

The experiment is out of the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) Observatory at Gakona, Alaska, and is planned for 9:30 p.m.

Chris Fallen, an assistant research professor at the Geophysical Institute of University of Alaska Fairbanks, will attempt to create the artificial airglow in the sky.

"It's sometimes called the artificial aurora or radio-enhanced aurora or radio-enhanced airglow," Fallen said.

"What that means is that powerful radio waves from the ground, from a facility like HAARP, can make the sky glow."

ICBMs have to travel through the ionosphere, which is what HAARP is able to affect/heat up...

So maybe HAARP can be used as a sort of 'Tesla shield', by heating up and disrupting the ionosphere as an ICBM passes through, causing it to malfunction or explode...

It's interesting that they're firing it up, at least publicly, right after Trump's UN speech.

This is an experiment being conducted for another reason....I don't purport to know what that is. But it's just not to make pretty colors in the atmosphere.

I found the article disturbing, that aint some shit to play around with, wonder whats really going on?

If you want a smaller scale demonstration of this capability, research 'ASEA AGILE BEAM STEERING' and 'Gallium Nitride' - you will see clearly that 'radar' can be pulsed rapidly and in such a way that it is now a weapon in its own right.

HAARP is of course different frequencies, however, the methology is very much the same. Bending and aiming a beam through the medium that is our atmosphere.

Highly dangerous to human life though, wouldn't want to be unshielded and flying through the skies with all those concentrated electrons rushing about.
