I was telling my mother about the Cuban ambassadors gone deaf, she was horrified and said she had not heard anything about this (we were on the phone) I was suddenly and very dramatically cut off, it was not like a dropped call it was very loud and crackle; freaked me out because well...it was obvious. It was right after hurricane Irma

Do we know what part of their system is malfunctioning to cause hearing loss?

It's important to know whether it's an issue with the ear drum, inner ear issues, or an error with the data itself being processed.

That will help pin down what it could be. This could be anything from an STD, to a virus spread by tick, to specialized microwave weapons.

I'm in Wyoming. Do you know more about where they were sighted? If they were anywhere near the Cheyenne Mountain complex, that could be trouble.

Sooo...having it happen here, aside from Havana, has to bring us to a larger conclusion. Obviously it's a Directed Energy Weapon, until now we "thought" it was a small scale device.

I read in Havana that they heard a harsh noise but when they left their beds, it stopped, like they had been in a bubble of sound.

I couldn't help but think about springs in the beds....perhaps some sort of resonance weapon.

That's just where my imagination led.

My guess is, if they are deaf, it destroyed their cochleas.

Here's another strange one, I know a veteran who received a virus in one of his 2 eyes after lenses were implanted, The virus is visible and looks like metallic specks.
