[link to imgur.com (secure)] The bearded cop is Britain's chief constable in charge of "investigating" pedos. The guy had a meltdown on camera because civilian pedo-hunters like the guy wearing black t-shirt are HELPING the police, doing investigations on their free time, engaging pedos they catch red-handed and posting videos online to expose their faces. The guy went full retard "I don't want to have this conversation, I don't want them investigating pedophiles and I want them to stop exposing them online".
