why do tweakers always see shadow people???

a long time ago when I did it (late 90's) I seen actual people, not sure if it was ghosts or what.
I'd actually be asking them who they were and what they were doing here.

It was a long time ago.
I'd see people at night down the street peeking out behind bushes.
I gave zero fucks and would march down there but it was an illusion those times.
Staying up more than 2 days makes you hallucinate I think.

Luckily I have Highway hypnosis Naturally is one thing I find when my mind is elsewhere in times like these so unless shit is crucial I usually stay in the lines. Once I was off the highway I crashed into a car slowing for a red light. EVERYONE LIVED!

I think it is because meth came from Hitler and the Nazis and it is purely a Satanic drug with no natural usage outside of evil.

Its not so much the amphetamines, as its a consequence of sleep deprivation. Did tweek for a year off and on, had a few crazy shadow stories.

1. They are real and do interact with the living (those who are not high included)

2. Some are benevolent, most are not.

3. Usually occurs on day 3-4 or being on reduced sleep (talking 30 mins or so total for those days).

4. They stop when you get sleep and the process to reveal them resets.

5. Yes it was a stupid time in my life that served no purpose other than ruining a year.

Went to a concert on MDMA last year then went home and did some al-lad. Craziest trip of my life. Was seeing shadow people, Victorian angel statues floating in the air, and a devil face on fire laughing at me.

6. Have seen them since but only on serious stress and lack of sleep moments when I was working varied late shifts.
So I do believe its more the sleep and less the tweek, though the tweek I do feel peels back the ability to see them faster.

Stay awake for 3-4 days and you will see them too.

They arrive after the almost inaudible "radio station" sounds become distinct voices.

It's a very weird place to be.

Dude!!!! I get that shit too! the muffled sounds of a conversation, I always called it a phone conversation that i could hear but couldn't make out the words. I mainly got that when I would try to sleep on a hydrocodone high.

I hear it - on the night of the election it was so fucking loud it was impossible to sleep. I make out bits and pieces. Its like a radio playing conversation bits.
It is like I am literally picking up radio conversation.

I can honestly hear radar. I am one of "those" people. Its not a gift trust me.
I was constantly harassed by the sound of it when I lived literally ON TOP of an Air Field while deployed. I could specifically hear the "Scud Hunter" while outside and away from the generators running tent city.

I think its an ability to hear in radio frequency.
Maybe its the fillings in my teeth - who knows?

I have read that people that are losing eyesight will also see shadow people - for example those with macular degeneration will describe this phenomena. I wondered if the drug use effects visual areas of the brain or eyes?

It sounds like a very faint, barely audible radio in the head with conversation and sometimes very faint music. It sounds almost like old timey radio or something.

Perhaps, but don't imagine that they are only in your head. Simultaneous observations with multiple people and pets have happened to me - plenty of sleep and no drugs.

It's just how it works for (on) me. It sounds like a radio station that I can't quite hear, it's not like "hearing" a song "in your head", it's like literally hearing a far away muffled radio.

Eventually that sensation/impression gives way more distinct "voices" but they are often not understandable, because they are as "faded" as the "radio sensation".

Ive been seeing shadow spiders on and off since i was 18, not into drugs. If you do research you will know its widespread and its been happening all through recorded history. Hypnogogic hallucinations and sleep paralysis is very frightening. I would avoid blaming victims if i were you. Personally, i think its the veil thinning. I had a dream once where i told myself to squint my eyes and look at my periphery and they were always around. Just my 2 cents. Btw, my husband, an atheist, has seen them too. Same locations i've seen them.

It's around then that the "shadow people" begin to appear at the periphery of my vision. They don't move around in front of me but lurk around "my edges". Just like the "radio/voices" thing, they stay at the precipice of my perception, but they are there none the less.

They are always there. You don't need drugs to see them.

The effects of Meth cause one to not eat and sleep, spiritual people have fasted and used sleep deprivation.
