I used to drink a fuck load in my 20s. 5 pints in my 30s and I'm pretty fucked and pay heavily with 2 day hangovers. I still drink around 7-8 though so it's even worse.

Doctor said it's because I drink less frequently so the tolerance has gone. I'm alright with that, nothing good comes of drinking I learnt.
