Yeah, well, in 2004 they had mass riots again the US Navy base stationed in Puerto Rico that could have helped them.

More than half of Puerto Ricans are pro-communist.

Furthermore, the power grid was already shot by a massive fraud scheme of the Puerto Rican power company to file bankruptcy and give the shoddiest power service you have ever seen.

A fairly large thunderstorm could have knocked out the Puerto Rican grid.

The government on that little poor Island is corrupt as hell. No wonder the truckers don't want to work. Who would?
