If I had been this lady, I would have quietly left my seat, asked for a full refund and left. She asked for a fight. She naively thought she could get pissed and did not think she was in any danger. Being in a public place does not make you safe. She was never going to be able to reason with them. She engaged them, calling them ghetto. Should have just asked for a refund, told the theater this was an unsafe place and left. Better to walk away.

For me the time just prior to the movie starting is really stressful. I go to matinee's a week after opening to see a movie and wonder which one of these assholes will keep talking during the entire picture. Runs the spectrum from kids, parents with kids, people on a date and old folks who can't keep up with the movie.
