That's actually ammunition for infantry, not even for artillery.

No such things were discovered, it's the US declaration made previously to STOP & INSPECT EVERY NK vessel that was rejected
by UN Sec Council recently as a "sanction"... Needed to use an "ally" who would not "dispute" "story" to again, make a play to control international waters and stop whatever vessels they deem "suspicious".
Perhaps NK and Eygpt have a legitimate arms sales treaty and they were delivering?
Either way, the US is hardly "in danger".

I do not accuse the op of being deceptive as he has kindly shared information that he discovered with us and that is always appreciated.

That said, while the article is intriguing I must question the video contained within it. If it was only that the audio and video do not match up I could possibly attribute the discrepancy to a glitch but the transcript provided simply does not match the tone, rhythm or context of the video. I wonder if the video is fraudulent and not vetted by the news agency prior to it's inclusion.
