And if these actors/players have sworn allegiance to some other body and/or renounced their citizenship...they can't lay claim to rights of a US citizen. And trials by US citizens of these types of individuals is the right of the people.

I don't know about Satanic, but you're right, it is now legal for the US government to propagate propaganda, as well as censor news from other countries deemed 'contrary to US interests'.

Incidentally 'fake news' as a term is considered 'contrary to US interests', so the government can arbitrarily censor anything that goes against the overriding narrative by invoking that phrase.

Notably, 'fake news' is not the same thing as 'lies'. Lies aren't censored, as long as they're not 'contrary to US interests'. There's a reason people keep using that stupid phrase instead of simply calling them 'lies'.

That bill sold out free speech and responsible journalism in the US for the foreseeable future. I voted for Obama, I believed in Obama, but he truly blew up the foundations of freedom of public dialogue in the country with that bill, and the real blowback hasn't really landed yet.
