has anybody else received a leaflet through the post today in England??

just arrived home from work to receive my mail as usual.
in my mail was a leaflet/booklet on what to do and how to stay safe if there was ever to be an emergency national power cut. What else i thought was weird about this leaflet is that it is NOT from my electricity supplier but from an agency that seems to be contracted by our government.
I just think its rather strange espcially in the times we are in and most are expecting some form of EMP attack on us soil.
Maybe the attack is scheduled from uk not us it time soon to come.

Its like being told expect this to happen, and this is the way to go about surviving, all my neighbours have received one, they just havent took notice of it, but as a glp'er, i see the glp effect within my doomy eyes.
but on a serious note if anyone here has received one in the last day or two, what are your thoughts and why do u think we have received these leaflets when we have never done in the past?
