He DID NOT dump most of his stock. He currently owns almost 1,000,000 shares so roughly almost $30 Million worth. 970,213 shares as of 10/05/17 to be exact. Plus I see from insider activity at a REAL brokerage (not yahoo) he has routinely received free shares from options assignments. Not out of the ordinary at all to take profits on portions of share allotments.

Also OP you have no idea whether those put options were bought as insurance or written to acquire shares at lower prices for a credit. Open interest in several short dated future expirations is well above an average 11,000 at a glance. Not really anything out of the ordinary but sure it's possible someone knew what was coming and profited.
