Brutal retaliation
Often someone being shot or their house is riddled up.
At least, this is the mentality in areas of high crime and poverty.
Quoting: -database- Law of the jungle then? But my question is how do they know who is responsible for the crime? If a guy home invades my grandmothers house and destroys her property, of course I would feel better catching up with the guy myself. But It could be anyone, how would anyone know where to find him? That's why sometimes using the cops is unavoidable as that's what they are paid to do - track the perp down. I can see how administering your own justice works within gang circles and thug culture, but what about if you or your family is the victim of a crime of chance? How does the average guy go about uncovering who the criminal is without the cops help? People have connections who tell them that they saw so and so walking around with your stuff or breaking into your house or heard them bragging about committing the crime of robbing you. These losers sometimes brag about what they have done.
