I have never believed that police officer/security guard fired his weapon. After watching it once in slow motion I could see the flash mistaken for him firing his gun was someones flash light. I truly believe there were shooters near the mic area that accounted for the shots that people didnt believe were real. There is no doubting at the 1:34 mark you can hear 2 different guns firing.
