The fact that they all have the same registered agent means they are all using the same Registered Agent Service. Pretty much its a contact point between the company and the secretary of state.

And some of these 25 Paradise Ranch LLCs are also using someone at the registering company (incorp) as the managing officer/trustee.

All 25 were registered on the same day.
Some have dissolved.
There are only a few individual Officers listed, all foreign sounding names Asian and Russian sounding.
The Paddocks are Officers for 21 & 22.
A trustee is managing officer for several.

I live in Las Vegas, I work at Boeing.

Stephen Paddock owns a business right across from my building. It's called "Paradise Ranch".

I always had a suspicion he may have sold hookers or something like that. Very high class business men with very cocky guards (never seen any guns on the guards) would enter in and out of there.

The first couple of times I have never talked to him. One day about a year ago he asked if anyone was by his car or have I seen anyone snooping in the parking lot. I never seen anyone but from that point on we would say hey and have a normal convo "hey hows it going etc etc".

From the convos he never talked about anything specific just normal everyday things, Weather, Traffic etc.

I already contacted authorities and they said I can talk about this.

After all this went down the cute young girl who was the front desk lady for his company is gone along with the placard on the wall.

I forgot the exact name of the company but it was "Paradise Ranch #" and a number i forgot what the number was. Could you guys look into this and see if you find anything?

This is really intersting. I have a child with autism and intellectual disablity. Getting my son all the support I can that will haelp him function better is something I pursue often and it is very costly.

Recently my son became eligiable for services that offered esquestian therapies, which is fantastic for kids with disablities. People do not understand how limited programs are for kids with disablities even liesure activities. Any how several months ago Trump cut funding to medicaid that help pay for services such as this.

Currently, undermediciad most people that recieve services for their disabled kids have to go and get like a recertification of a diagnosis and if services for certian programs will benfit the child. It has been kind af a huge deal. doctors are using wording such as mild moderate or severe, were before just the condition was stated. Life is hard enough just trying to get on waiting list and then qualifying for programs for disabled children. Taking care of disabled kids is a huge finacial burden to a family from insurance which keeps getting worse on allowances, and cost going up for all sort of therapies, speech, OT, PT, ABA , and other additional therapies not covered by insurance. It is a godsend when a family is finally accepted into medicaid as the waiting list is like ten years.

Some sate and local government have some GAP type services that also extend services to helpful therapies and respite care, but it is limited. It could be Esqustrian therapies were cut by the the state of Navada, which for certain would bankrupt Paddocks business overnight. Most parent can't afford these services on their own. There is no mony even for after school childcare until a disabled child reaches 13 years old. A disbaled care provider is much more expensive and needs to be trained and trusted to take care of your disabled child.

Many parent/ parents end up living in poverty just barely making it, just like I once did. Your other kids get nothing extra curricular too, becuase everything goes to your disabled child trying to make them more independent and getting them trained to make your families life better in the long run. Anyhow this is getting personal. All I can say I could understand the hurt if services were lost for this mans child, that was a witness that ended up shooting his daughter and then himself after the law got involved.
Republicans have not been kind to the families with disabled children. back in the 1990's parents use to be able to get fostercare payments for their disabled children. thena i think it was McCain or another cabbage patch looking politicain that thought people were trying to meme their own children for services and money, the the Sicko Muslims do in Eygept cutting off their chilrens arms and legs and blinding them. Autism was exploding, and it hit the well edcated families first and then the less educated families after that.

Parent of disabled children went from being able to be middle class families that were able to have sufficient support for thei rdiabled children to being seen and viewed at leeches. After that it was fighting insurance companies for beneficial services for basic services like hearing aids , glasses, speech, ot/ pt and ABA which was new . Even to this day , amny children need to be put under for dental even basic dental work. But insurance does not cover, and it cost $800. per hour to have them put under anasia. So about $2000. every couple years becuase it is usualy several hours plus any needed filing, becuase all these kids have GERD that backs up in the thought and into the mouth. IT SUCK! Getting anergy writing about this. But clues as to a little bit more as o what might of gone on and wrong with the LV shooter and who ever helped him.
